ROYAL RESIDENCY – This afternoon, King Adam, acting in his role as Minister for Commerce, officially opened the Free Public Market in an online venue. The market will serve as a way for Überstadti citizens to easily conduct internal trade.
The Free Public Market was created in December by the Von Friedech Market Act with the intention of stimulating the national economy. The market is designed to be a publicly-maintained platform for private, unregulated trade between citizens and domestic firms.
His Majest explained that the online presence of the establishment is necessary. “Überstadt is different than it was a year ago, and one of those differences is that life has made it so our citizens see each other much less than they used to.” Over the next month, the ministry which His Majesty heads will assess whether or not the market has aided economic development.
